1. Free Chat Minutes

• Free chat minutes are promotional in nature.
• Free minutes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

2. Paid Chat Sessions

• Charges apply once free chat minutes are exhausted.
• No refund shall be issued once a paid chat session has started.
• Charges are calculated based on actual chat duration.

3. Technical Failures

Refunds may be considered only if:

• The chat fails due to technical issues on Astroganesh's platform
• The issue is reported to support within a reasonable timeframe

Refund approval is subject to internal verification.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds shall not be issued for:

• User dissatisfaction with consultation advice
• User-initiated disconnection
• Internet or device-related issues
• Violation of Terms & Conditions

5. Processing of Approved Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or bank account used for the transaction.
• The refunded amount will be credited to the user’s original bank account or payment source within 6 to 8 working days, depending on the payment gateway and banking partner policies.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of India, and courts of Prayagraj (Allahabad) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
