a. Consultations Not Delivered:
If you have booked an astrology consultation (video, audio, or chat) and the astrologer is unable to fulfill the service due to reasons such as unavailability, technical issues, or system failures, you may be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
b. Incorrect Transaction:
If you have been charged incorrectly due to technical or payment processing errors, you may be eligible for a refund for the excess amount.
c. Discrepancies in Service:
If you feel that the service provided was significantly different from what was described (e.g., receiving a different consultation type), you may request a review of the service. If found legitimate, AstroGanesh may issue a refund at its sole discretion.
d. No Satisfaction Guarantee:
We do not offer refunds based solely on dissatisfaction with the service or astrological predictions, as astrology is a subjective field and may not always meet personal expectations. Refunds will not be granted for personal disagreement with the advice provided or predictions made by the astrologer.
The following services are non-refundable under any circumstances:
a. Completed Consultations: Once an astrology consultation (chat, call, or video) has been completed, no refunds will be issued for the service.
b. Instant Reports and Digital Downloads: Once an astrological report, birth chart, or any other digital content has been purchased and delivered, it is non-refundable.
c. Subscription Packages: Any subscriptions for premium content, reports, or membership plans are non-refundable after activation.
a. For Astrologers: If an astrologer cancels a scheduled consultation before it begins, users will receive a full refund of the amount paid. The refund will be processed within the timeline mentioned in Section 6 below.
b. For Users: Users are allowed to cancel consultations, but the refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation:
• Before Consultation Begins: If you cancel a consultation at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you may receive a full refund.
• Within 24 Hours of Consultation: If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation, no refund will be provided unless due to a valid emergency situation (to be determined at AstroGanesh's discretion).
After Consultation Begins: No refund will be provided once the consultation has started.

b. Multiple Payments: If a user is accidentally charged multiple times for the same service, we will refund the additional payment(s) within the standard timeframe.
