These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ASTROGANESH JYOTISH SANSTHAN PRIVATE LIMITED governing the use of the Astroganesh website and mobile applications.

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

  • Users must be 18 years or older to use the platform.
  • By accessing or using Astroganesh, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Platform Description

  • Astroganesh is a technology platform facilitating chat-based astrology consultations.
  • The platform does not provide medical, legal, or professional advice.
  • Astrology consultations are belief-based and offered for general guidance only.

3. Free & Paid Chat Services

  • New users may receive up to 4 minutes of free chat, subject to availability and internal policies.
  • After free minutes are exhausted, users will be charged on a per-minute basis.
  • Charges are displayed before initiating paid chat.

4. User Obligations

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Use respectful and appropriate language
  • Avoid harassment, abuse, or illegal activity
  • Not misuse free chat minutes or create multiple accounts

Violation may result in suspension or termination without notice.

5. Astrologer Obligations

Astrologers agree to:

  • Provide consultations ethically and professionally
  • Avoid false promises, guarantees, or misleading claims
  • Maintain confidentiality of user information

Astroganesh reserves the right to suspend or remove astrologers at its discretion.

6. Payments & Billing

  • All payments are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways.
  • Astroganesh does not store sensitive payment credentials.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring sufficient balance before initiating paid chat.

7. Refunds & Disputes

  • No refund is applicable once a paid chat session has started.
  • Refunds may be considered only in case of technical failures attributable to Astroganesh.
  • All refund decisions are final.

8. Abuse, Misuse & Termination

Astroganesh reserves the right to:

  • Monitor platform usage
  • Restrict or terminate accounts for abuse, misuse, or policy violations
  • Deny access without prior notice if necessary

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and platform materials are the exclusive property of Astroganesh and protected by applicable laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Astroganesh makes no guarantees regarding accuracy or outcomes of astrology consultations. Use of the platform is at the user's own discretion and risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

Astroganesh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform or consultations.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and courts of Prayagraj (Allahabad) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
